The setting is great; I really like the atmosphere. The food was delicious—I especially enjoyed the fried chicken strips and another dish whose name I can't recall. We also ordered beer, and it tasted great. The two drinks we ordered weren't worth it, though; the beer was the better choice. Parking downstairs is convenient too: it's free for the first 90 minutes, and $4.50 per hour after that.

We went for my cousin’s birthday. It was a pretty busy and lively Sunday evening. The food and drinks were good. Our servers were nice. But, I mentioned that it was my cousin’s birthday and no mention of a comped dessert. Do restaurants not do that no more in this bad economy/ recession? Maybe no more huh? Well, we even ordered dessert but no comp and no ‘happy birthday, thanks for coming’.. no mention, no singing.. nothing. On our way out- I used the restroom. Which were quite dirty and smelly with limited paper supplies. The BOH expedited food line looked messy and unappetizing. I’m so glad that I saw and experienced these things after we ate and on our way out. The prices weren’t that great either.

The Service: Sara was our server. She is awesome!! Super attentive and super patience waiting for us to order. Great customer service! The Food: They were prepared quickly. Fresh ingredients & plating nicely. I really enjoyed the grilled chicken & avocado burger. The Parking: Plaza parking structure. They validate parking, 90 minutes free. After that $1.5 every 30 minutes.

I've eaten here a couple of times, and it has always been respectable food. Service is pretty good, although almost every visit, I've had to repeat requests for a side or something like that. I'm not upset, it could just be a little bit better. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Definitely not bad! Being a native Texan, my idea of spicy is probably different, so for me, it wasn't that spicy. But it was definitely delicious. Nice crispy piece of chicken. And it was a huge slab of chicken! The fries are always really good here. I really enjoy visiting when I'm in town. The atmosphere is really nice, but the music is loud enough that it's hard to hold a conversation. Not impossible, just you have to kind of raise your voice and I ask people to repeat themselves way too often. 😆

This restaurant has become my new favorite place to go in the LA area. The food is good, the drinks are great and the service is excellent. There wasn’t a Happy Hour at this location but it was a Saturday so I can understand why. This location was just as good as DTLA location. There was a bit of a wait time but it wasn’t long enough to turn us away. I’d definitely recommend!
