Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This policy explains what information Local Pasadena collects, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form — for example a sponsorship application — we receive the fields you fill in, such as name, email, phone, business name, website and location, plus the page you submitted from.
Chat messages. Messages you send to Rose AI are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not include sensitive, financial or health information.
Basic technical data. Standard server and referrer data (such as page URL and referring link) may be recorded to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to review and administer sponsorships, to answer questions through Rose AI, to fix problems, and to improve the site's content. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing lists.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for hosting, database storage and AI responses. They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then deleted. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, and may ask us to confirm what we collect. Contact us through our form and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. See also our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
