Kat N.I came here after seeing the Meditteranean seabass w/polenta cake, roasted fennel, bok choy, celery root puree and lemon foam and had to try it as seabass was one of my favorite fish. For appetizer, I was recommended the lobster salad and that was a good 1/2 lb of lobster. Their dessert vanilla panna cotta, came with passion fruit jelly, macaron and toasted meringue. Everything was delicious!! I have to say, I was impressed with the service here. The manager, Matt and the team, including my server Efren were very hospitable and gave an excellent service. The ambiance is warm, cozy, elegant and romantic. Perfect for a date night. This is my type of place to dine. Everyone is warm and hospitable. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars for their top service and delicious food!! Thank you Arbour team!!
William MaoI've been eyeing this place for a while because it always looks so fancy when I walk by. They describe themselves as a farm-to-table restaurant, so I decided to stop in for dinner on a Wednesday night. I didn't have a reservation but got seated right away. The service and ambiance were great, and it's definitely a nice spot for a date or a relaxed dinner. We ordered the beef tartare, shaved brussels sprout salad, shrimp penne, and Mediterranean seabass. The tartare was light but didn't have much flavor, and the brussels sprout salad was heavy on the goat cheese, which might be a hit or miss depending on your taste. The seabass was amazing. Perfectly cooked, super moist with crispy skin, and the sides that came with it were delicious. The shrimp penne was also really good, with a flavorful sauce and a generous portion that was enough for leftovers the next day. I also appreciated the complimentary bread and homemade butter, which were both delicious. Everything was plated beautifully and looked elegant. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the seabass and maybe try different appetizers next time. The setting, service, and presentation make it a really pleasant dining experience.
Anne-Marie ColwellI have eaten at The Arbour before and always enjoyed it - 5 stars all around - but this review is for an event we held two weeks ago. My daughter and son-in-law chose The Arbour for their wedding reception and it could not have been better. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The coordination, food, drinks and service were all amazing. Multiple people told me it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. The quality and variety of foods that the chef offered, taking into account multiple food sensitivities of the guests, was superb. Everyone at The Arbour was so nice and helpful and all of the guests had a blast. We were beyond pleased with the event and very grateful to The Arbour's staff who went over and above.
Arbi SookazianAbsolutely awesome dining experience for our 18th anniversary outing on a busy Saturday night in Pasadena. Started off at the bar for drinks with Zack the bartender. Then transitioned to the center booth for appetizers and main courses. Sea bass and yellow tail tuna was very tasty as was the bread/butter, beet salad and steak tartare appetizer. They even gave us a free happy anniversary dessert it was delicious. Ambiance is lively, crowded, fun. We waited 45 mins for a table. Drinks were very good overall (mixed and beer). Restroom was very clean. No complaints whatsoever; we’ll be back soon, highly recommended.
Sam DillardAll around amazing restaurant. My only note is the dinner rolls are a little dry. Good but not as good as a restaurant of this caliber should be rolling with. The experience is otherwise perfect. Nice layout, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Open kitchen. Duck was tender. Tagliatelle with braised short rib was perfect all the way around. Strong blue cheese of you like that. Walnut for a good crunch. Our waiter gave Mr a birthday dessert which is primo. Cheesecake and ice cream with a delicious brown sugar graham crumble and toasted marshmallow topping.
