Great meal Wanted a meal with quality ingredients, Urban Plates nailed it. Great service, and delicious food. Clean, simple, and fast. Nohemi and Aaron were an excellent part of our experience. Looking forward to coming back soon. The only downside was a very small beer selection. Please get Benny Boy Brewing beer and cider on tap to fulfill your advertising of “local beer” on tap.

Urban Plates Pasadena was excellent. A little pricey, but absolutely delicious and worth it for the quality. The steak was especially tender, and the fries, macaroni, hummingbird cake, and tomato soup were each nearly perfect. The service was fabulous from start to finish. It felt like a very upscale Chipotle, but with much better food and a more polished experience and atmosphere.

Garrett’s upbeat energy when taking our order put a smile on my face and he was very efficient and detailed when I placed my order. Definitely will be coming here regularly. Food was very tasty and perfectly cooked!

Service and atmosphere was good however we felt the steak salad didn’t have that much salad and lacked the portion. The Woodland Hills Urban Plates was much better as we come to this restaurant chain often. This is first visit at this location as it was on the way home.

This Urban Plates location always has the kindest staff who are professional and attentive. They provide solid food for an easy and filling meal from a menu with a wide variety of options from entrees with several side options to soup, salad and sandwich combos. The patio area is great to enjoy with pets and is well heated on cooler days.
