I’m generally a fan of true food kitchen, they have healthy and nutritious options that do not sacrifice on flavor. However this location suffers in quality during very busy hours. The location is huge, with multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. When it gets super busy, service is very limited and the food also suffers. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the food to come out, and when it finally came it was cold.

10 years of True Food Kitchen and we got to celebrate the one-day anniversary event🎉💚 To celebrate the Pasadena location turning 10, they offered ALL starters, salads, bowls, pizzas, burgers + desserts for just $10 each😭✨ definitely one of the craziest foodie deals we’ve seen lately. We tried the Charred Cauliflower, Korean Noodle Bowl, Spinach & Wild Mushroom Pizza, All-American Burger, Air-Fried Chicken Tender Plate, plus the Iced Lavender Matcha Latte + RX Hangover🍕🍔🍵 And the Flourless Chocolate Cake? The perfect ending. A fun reminder that healthy-ish food can still fully satisfy the cravings🍫✨

This was our first time dining here and my husband and I were happy that we chose to go here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food was really good! We tried their edamame dumplings with their chili crunch oil, Mediterranean bowl and margarita pizza. Every dish was bursting with flavor! We will be back!

I was looking for a place to work from my laptop and the vibe of this place caught my attention immediately. There were indoor and outdoor options to sit. It was hot out so I elected to be indoors. My server Kiki was AMAZING! She was very friendly and recommended some items from the menu that did not disappoint. I got the unfried chicken sandwich and the butternut squash pizza. Unfortunately, I was really hungry and forgot to take a picture of the sandwich, but I got a picture of the pizza. I was there for a while so I got a “Shakerato” as well and it was really good. 5/5 experience. I will be coming here again

This was such an amazing restaurant to celebrate my husband‘s birthday! We were able to use a room by ourselves. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the service was good. My only feedback was the food was a little slow to come out all at the same time, but there were 13 of us! I would highly recommend using this restaurant if you’re celebrating a special occasion!
