I ordered the chicken and waffles, the waffle was good but the chicken was overcooked. Next time I will get the burger and fries, they looked delicious 😋 My daughter reserved the patio area to celebrate her 45th Birthday! The DJ was fire 🔥 and everyone had a good time. Very nice atmosphere 😉😎♥️ Also, the bottomless mimosas were good too and perfectly priced.

My wife put me on to Der Wolf out in Pasadena, and I’ll say this upfront... I had never really experienced Old Pasadena before. That alone caught me off guard. Clean streets, beautiful layout, everything felt intentional. Not rushed. Not chaotic... just right. We pulled up early... no reservation. So we did what real ones do... we adapted and took seats at the bar. The Truth About the Experience The food... solid. No complaints. It did what it needed to do. The drinks... Let’s not lie... they were light. The bartender wasn’t heavy handed at all, and I felt it. If you’re coming in expecting that first drink to hit, you might be waiting a minute. But here’s where things shifted... My wife stepped in, asked for something specific, not off the basic menu, and suddenly... different story. That drink came out right. You know the type... the one that actually lets you feel it. That’s when I knew... it’s not that they can’t do it, it’s about how you order. Lesson learned. The Real Value Here’s the part that matters... This wasn’t about a wild night. This was about a preview. Quiet setting... early hour... not much movement. But you could feel the potential. You could tell this place transforms at night. The lighting... the setup... the energy just waiting to wake up. This is one of those spots where timing changes everything. This is my kind of spot! Comfy booths, attentive bar tender, and delicious food. The garlic fries are to die for, so delicious 😋. Enjoyed my standard coors lights, in a huge glass. Great vibe and plenty of tvs to watch your favorite sports. A beer pong table is set up a bit for any takers... There's even a DJ mixing up the sound. I'll definitely be back.

Went for karaoke and had a great time! We had asada and chicken tacos which were cool. And I had a "Wish I was in Cancun" very tasty 😋

Friendly well-intentioned staff; ownership support is lacking (and it shows). Came here on a Saturday during World Cup weekend. PROS Friendly staff really trying to make sure you have a positive experience. Great ambiance with a blend of locals and visitors CONS Understaffed and inexperience shows with available staff. Slow service. Zero patio coverage. Charged for a beer and a shot immediately expecting my drinks to come soon thereafter. Then stood at the bar for a good ten mins with no idea of what was happening. Beer and shot finally put in front of me. Second beer had a crack in the glass. Brought it to the attention to waitress. Made a sympathetic remark then zero attempt to resolve the problem. I eventually flagged down the bartender who fixed the problem right away. So all in all. Great location Noble attempt. Underwhelming experience. You're in Old Town Pasadena. You can do better. Pointed out to wait staff my glass was broken.
