I went into get my hubcaps replaced. I brought my own hubcaps bc my car is a little older and they’re harder to find. They’re not the kind you just peel off and pop on new ones. They need to be bolted in which means taking off each of the 5 bolts on each tire, lifting the car x4… which is not feasible for me 💁🏻‍♀️. I did try though. We ended up just ripping pieces off but couldn’t do it. Anyway I called up the nearest place to me because they had great reviews saying the folks are honest and will help you out and not charge you if it’s not necessary. That they’re loyal to their customers and take care of their own type of business. Honest pay for honest work type of folks - not up charges at the expense of the consumer. So I called Sunday and they scheduled me for the next day. I went into and was out within the hour. I fully expected to be charged at least for labor even though I brought my own caps. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. And it’s work I clearly couldn’t do so I wanted to swipe my card to say thank you. He rung me up and to my surprise the review I had read about their generosity was correct… they didn’t charge me. Which is bonkers. I asked to be charged at least 3 times. And he just smiled and laughed and said like “oh no don’t worry about it”. Mr Julio was super kind, and took care of me quickly. Definitely worth giving this team/ location a shot. 👍🏻 I really appreciate the integrity. Would definitely come back.

I’d been dealing with a slow leak in one of my tires for a few months. (Yes, yes… I know. ) I kept a portable air compressor in my car and was buying myself some time, but it was only a temporary solution. Before leaving town for a week, I filled the tire again. When I got back, it was low on air once more, so I finally decided it was time to get it fixed. Luckily, American Tire was on my drive home from work, so I had no more excuses. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and professional. While I was there, another customer came in with three young children who were understandably loud and energetic. Although their parent wasn’t very attentive, the employee remained calm, patient, and professional the entire time. That level of customer service was impressive. Kudos to him! The technician who worked on my car was just as courteous. He explained everything as he went, including the issue we had finding my wheel lock key. He was able to remove the tire, locate the nail, and repair it without any problems. The best part? They repaired my tire for FREE. Because of the outstanding service, they’ve earned my future business. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to purchase new tires and get my alignment done. Quick. Efficient. Professional. Highly recommend! One tip: if you want the fastest service, make an appointment. I was a walk-in and didn’t wait long, but I happened to arrive during a slower period. Had I come at a busier time, the wait could have been much longer.

I had a great experience at American Tire Depot in Pasadena. I brought in a set of TE37s to replace my stock rims, and the team took care of everything quickly and professionally. Jason helped me at the front desk and made the whole process smooth. The technicians were awesome as well. I didn’t catch their names, but they were super helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. Best part, they didn’t even charge me for the swap. I was in and out in less than an hour. Really appreciate the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I brought in a car with a flat tire. They fixed it for free very quickly and gave me a rough idea of when I should get the tires changed in the future, which was also helpful. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful.This was easily the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to everyone I interacted with and the folks who worked on my car!
