I'll stick with places that communicate better and don't seem irritated by customers inquiring about orders. Also, if you're not going to bag and board all autographed pre-orders, at least let people know that in advance, or give them an option to pay a little extra. I bet you're not too overwhelmed to respond to this feedback. Edit: they seem to think that having extra "creators" sign comics, without even telling you it's happening, or who's signing(ineligible), is some sort of bonus. Also, not boarding and bagging autographed comics individually, when you charge $10 to ship even 1 comic, is kind of ridiculous.

Best customer service I've ever experienced! Danielle was extremely helpful yesterday when I called asking if there were any Absolute Batman annuals left and she went above and beyond to make sure I got my hands on a copy! Thank you so much and I look forward to making Collector's Paradise Pasadena my main shop going forward! Great selection and a super clean store too and located right next to the Del Mar station which makes all of this even more convenient! Shoutsout Danielle and shoutsout Collector's Paradise!

My niece showed me her bday wishlist & comic books were on it. Swung by here & the staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for; TMNT & X-Men w/ strong recommendations of what a beginner comic book reader would like (since I have no clue). I was in & outta there in 5 minutes! Plus helped me stay right on my $50 budget. Lots of affordable ones. Grateful! Definitley returning, may get my other nephews some comics too 🔥
