Briana V.They have horrible hospitality and assume everyone is a thief. On my way to this store, crossing the street, I almost get run over by a car and my whole body is shaking. I go in the store because I think I can just take a moment for myself and I was on my way there anyways. I walk in, see a stool and sit there. The lady at the counter notices me after a few and walks over the counter and pretend to organize already organized stuff…. I ignore her because I don’t go there to steal so it’s whatever. I noticed that sitting isn’t helping and maybe I need to lay down for a few. I get up and ask her if I. a lay down somewhere because of what happened to me. She takes me to the other door and points outside…in the cold (it was a cloudy and windy day) to an iron chair…and another lady comes out and gives me so much attitude because I keep asking them if I can lay down but there are not giving me a straight answer and she replies, “ We are giving you options” tilts her head back and smiles weirdly. Just say no! I needed to lay down and just breath for a moment. I find it so odd that a store that sells about chakras and healing tools would not even have the decency or hospitality to understand my request but no. Fake spirituality. Fake healing. Fake niceness.
RichBest bookstore in so cal, hands down. I love shopping here and will go out of my way to drop in. They have a massive selection of books on a wide range of topics. They're my primary source for my home library. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Crystal CastilloI’ve shopped at this store multiple times and had great experiences until yesterday. I went in on 2/28/26 to purchase some protection candles, getting supplies before the full moon. I usually go to a store in Norwalk but I figure this shop is closer and I’ve had good experiences before. As I walked in there were 2 workers there. Didn’t not greet, did not acknowledge that I was there and even walked by me. I was interested in something in the case but did not get any assistance. BUT there was a man that walked in and they greeted him and asked if there was anything they can help him with. COMPLETELY different from when I walked in. As I walked to the back to check out the candles, there was a man sitting in front of that section listening to a podcast. I was trying to see which choices I had but didn’t get a good view cause the man was blocking the entire candle section. To top that off he was making a loud -SIGH- as if I was bothering him. He finally moved and got what I needed. The 2 works were not friendly when I purchased my candles either. I will NOT be returning and will NOT recommend this store to anyone. I’d rather take a trip to Norwalk where I usually go. Employees need to have better attitude ESPECIALLY working at a spiritual store like this! Or find another job! Blessed be.
carmen mcraeI was just there and the store was empty, two workers talking amongst themselves, I asked if the case could be opened for me, the gal responded when she is done with what she was doing, I always go into this store when I visit my credit union, I’m a sucker for crystals. I said I’ll be back, went to the CU and on my way back stopped again, I asked her if she has time now, she came unlocked the case and walked away. I picked the necklace I liked tried it on and knew this was the item I wanted. One concern, what metal did they use to make the necklace as I have allergies to some metals. Worker: I don’t know could be silver. No let me check no resources just I don’t know. I just felt so insulted from the entire experience I didn’t feel like I could hand over $122 for this unknown metal. I’ve had good experiences there but I just had to walk away from this place today.
Michelle NThis USED to be a nice crystal store to pick up some items for reasonable prices. However they recently sold the business/Store. The new owner has ridiculously raised the prices. The store is way overpriced! I will not be coming back again.
