Brian called me at work and was able to determine from our conversation within minutes that I did not have a termite issue. To be thorough, he asked that I send him pictures of the bugs that we had caught. He confirmed his assessment with another expert at his company and assured us that the insects were flying ants and of no danger to my family or the house. It’s rare for me to find a person and or business these days with such professionalism and patience for their clientele. We will be sure to put him and Dewey Pest control at the top of our list if and when we need such service again. Thanks again, Brian! You are a rockstar!

Highly recommend! I was dealing with a decent amount of normal house pests (spiders, earwigs, silverfish, etc) as there are a lot of plants in my area and my unit is older. Omar has taken care of this for me and more! He has answered any questions I have and does a thorough job of taking care of the property. He is very kind, professional, and personable. I have a quarterly plan and it is definitely worth it. I went from finding sometimes several bugs inside my house each day to maybe one or two per month.

Brian at Dewey met with me twice before our fumigation. He advised us to take our valuables and remove things from the front yard so that there was no "misunderstanding" about the crew taking anything but otherwise didn't advise any additional measures. When our house and garage did get broken into during fumigation, the police said this was more common than not, I didn't know that. Aside from the initial calls from the team onsite notifying us of the break in, there was no follow up from Brian or the office. Obviously they can't control crime but I wish they had told us to take our own measures since theirs are insufficient and I expected a courtesy check in after the fact.
