I highly recommend Wise Pest Control! After waking up to an army of ants in the kitchen, Wise Pest Control was able to come out the very same day to treat the problem. Jeff was on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and gave us a lot of helpful information about the cause, treatment process, and prevention. He treated our home thoroughly and was extremely kind and courteous throughout the visit. I contacted Wise Pest Control in a panic, thinking I was seeing frass from termites on a wooden plank on the exterior of my home. They were super quick to respond and we scheduled a free inspection. Josh came out for an inspection on a holiday weekend and immediately was able to determine the actual root cause (not termites) and let me know that all I have to do is remove the old plank that was serving no functional or aesthetic purpose anyway. As a new homeowner, this was my first time experiencing pest issues. Other companies might have tried to take advantage of that and try to sell me services I didn’t actually need, but Josh was honest, transparent, kind, and efficient.
