Overall I was pretty pleased with my experience here. I went in just to have a headlight replaced. I made an online appointment and the work was done in under 2 hours. It wasn't speedy but it was fine. The staff were courteous and the bathroom and waiting room were clean. The waiting room has a big screen TV and free coffee. I think I prefer Firestone to Pep Boys.

Made and appointment for 10am. They didn’t even look at my car until 1pm. Got my breaks worked on. When I got my car back around 5 pm the inside of my car (seat, center console, steering wheel, and driver side floor) was an absolutely mess. Covered in oily marks. I can’t speak to how good of a job they did, but if the condition they left the inside of my car in is any indication I don’t have good feelings. Do not recommend getting your car serviced here.

I took my car today after the tire light turned on. They took me in and fixed the nail in the tire. Then asked 0$ for their service. People need to appreciate the businesses and people who are honest and do great service. Demetri was very professional and attentive to my business. Thank you guys.

Just a quick shout out to Octovio my service advisor and Frankie, my technician. Great customer service and workmanship. I had to take my Nissan Van for a quick wheel alignment, went over the many potholes in Pasadena. Frankie had worked on my van before and did a great job with my alignment. The first time I took it in was due to a poor job that the dealership did with my wheel alignment, my van kept pulling right. They got me in earlier than my appointment and was done in less than hour. That really helped with my busy schedule. Did I mention that I bought the lifetime wheel alignment last year? If you drive alot in the streets of Pasadena and Los Angeles, you may want to consider purchasing a the lifetime alignment, well worth it. Thanks Octo and Frankie! See you around.

My experience with this Firestone location was absolutely amazing. From the time I called in and spoke with Demetri asking for an estimated quote. I then brought my car in. Upon picking up my car, there was still a problem with it. Manny did not hesitate to take full responsibility to make sure when I picked up my car it would be running perfectly(and it is) To end my amazing customer experience, working with Austin and him providing updates and following up is the true way of providing exceptional customer service.
