But to be easier on budget, tried out this shop...so happy I did! I liked ability to “see” work being done…Diego was patient when asked what’s going on. Excellent customer service from Alex—professional, friendly, answered all my questions, ensured I was at ease with work performed. Promo for 20% off offered today so that helped. And it’s worth my time saved. They seem to enjoy their work and are orderly & efficient. Such a positive experience, earned 5️⃣ rating! 🙌🏽

And Alex the GM was a great conversationalist. Felt like hanging with an old friend while getting work done. Side note they have WiFi. I was able to get some work done on my laptop from my car. Fuzion FrenzyFirst at this location. As my previous Valvoline go-to, this location was great — fast, efficient and thorough. Lii was informative but not pushy on all things suggested for my car. He was thorough and his spiel wasn’t rushed and sounded genuinely tailored to the needs of my car. I forgot to show the coupon I found on their site before I paid, but Lii ensured I’d get a better coupon for my next visit. Thank you! Shout to Diego as well who was working from the bottomside. 5/5 customer service! Will come back here again.
