I can’t recommend Gutierrez Cleaning Service highly enough. They cleaned a single-family home in Pasadena for me after several contractors had completed repairs, and the amount of dust and debris left behind was substantial I thought the floors looked pretty good before they arrived, but after Gutierrez Cleaning finished, I realized I had never actually seen those floors truly clean. They were absolutely spotless. Their attention to detail was incredible. Every room, every floor, every window ledge, every dusty nook, every baseboard, and every surface was meticulously cleaned. They even transformed the entire outdoor pool area, leaving it spotless and ready for kids to play and for family and friends to enjoy while entertaining. The entire home looked and felt brand new. As a property manager, I work with many vendors and coordinate repairs with contractors and tenants. Gutierrez Cleaning was one of the most professional companies I’ve worked with. They visited the property beforehand to assess the scope of work, were extremely flexible when repair schedules kept changing, and patiently adjusted their schedule as delays occurred. That level of professionalism, patience, and customer service is hard to find. They were responsive every step of the way, even answering calls and messages on weekends, which made coordinating everything much easier. Their pricing was also very good, especially considering the amount of work they performed and the exceptional quality of the finished result.
