I was a long time customer of MaidPro Pasadena for a number of years. I tipped their staff well, consistently, and felt that I was a good customer. Then I had two horrible experiences with t. Their services. The first was when their cleaners activated a lock on my front door which I had previously explained to them doesn't have a key. This resulted in me being locked out of my house in the middle of the night. Their cleaners lied and claimed that they never activated the lock. Given how many years we had worked together I gave them another chance. A couple of weeks later I informed the supervisor of MaidPro Pasadena, Susana Castro that I was leaving town prior to a cleaning day. I returned to see that their cleaners had left my front kitchen window shade all the way up while I was gone. This would have allowed anyone to see inside my living space, and also permitted a view of my wifi router and password, which I had to change. I sent a message to Ms.Castro indicating my concern about this situation. That was Wednesday. Today is Saturday. She has still not responded. I have indicated that I will be discontinuing their services. Lack of communication, failure to respond to communication, and deceit are not things I can work with, particularly when trusting others in my living space while I'm not present.

This team has come to our home multiple times to provide housecleaning service and they are excellent! They are always courteous, professional, thorough and arrive on time.
