First time here with Camilla and had a great experience at Pinok. Booking an appointment online was easy and 90 minutes free parking in front of the salon was convenient. Camilla took her time with me. She listened, made suggestions, and most importantly understood the texture of my hair Asian hair. She is friendly and professional and is truly a perfectionist! Genuinely one of the worst hair dye experiences I have ever had. This was supposed to be a balayage, and I have been getting them for years and wanted to try a new salon for a touch up while I was in LA for school. Not only did this cost me $500, I left with orange streaks in my hair that I had to attend a conference with. While the stylist reached out with an apology and an offer to fix it when I responded and mentioned that I wouldn’t be back for a week due to travel I was never contacted again. The ambiance is good, the hair cut and everything. Dianna is my hair stylist and she recommends a good haircut length to me.
