This salon is wonderful! First of all, the hospitality and attention to the customer was great. The shampoo and wash prior to the haircut was relaxing and enjoyable. I felt truly cared for throughout the entire experience. My haircut was with Isabel. She took the time to give me a thoughtful consultation before starting and was very professional, thorough and kind. I would recommend this salon wholeheartedly.

Very welcoming and friendly folks! My stylist was Shinae and you can tell she’s great with her craft and her scissors! :) Had the best experience starting with the shampoo and massage. Shinae was also very patient and redid my styling another way. Love how my hair is shaped and softened. She also introduced me to new products to help with my hair condition. Thank you! Will definitely go back here if I’m in the area.

I had such a great experience at this salon! My stylist, Isabel the owner was incredibly kind and really listened to what I wanted. She was very professional with the hair color and took the time to look at the condition of my hair so she could choose the best option to keep my hair healthy. I really appreciated how she tried her best to work with my hair and make sure the result would turn out well. She is truly trustworthy with her knowledge and experience. She also kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel very taken care of. The shampoo and scalp massage were AMAZING — honestly one of the best parts of the visit! The salon itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and parking was very convenient which made everything even easier. Overall the service was excellent and I’m really happy with my hair. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

Got my first perm ever a few months ago and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I just moved to LA from the east coast and the water was making my hair so flat. I wanted to try getting a perm to give it more volume and not have to spend time doing it every day. I asked Isabel for something natural and low maintenance. Almost 4 months later, it still looks amazing even when I let it air dry (which is typically what I do). Isabel gave me such a personalized experience at her gorgeous (and new) salon in Pasadena. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, went through inspo pics with me, and tailored the perm to suit my features, hair type, and lifestyle. She gave me a hair cut to make sure my hair fell nicely with the perm, which was included in the price. I also added on a hydrating treatment (at a discount with the perm) to help protect my hair, and it seemed to worked. Highly recommend Isabel if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and delivers beautiful, lasting results :) Definitely going back to her to get the perm redone once this one loses body later this year.

After a long search for a new hair stylist, I'm so glad I found April. She's such a professional, humble, and down-to-earth stylist who heard out all my concerns and asked thoughtful questions throughout the appointment to really understand what I wanted and how I actually style my hair day-to-day. She gives an amazing shampoo massage, showed me new techniques for my naturally wavy hair, and patiently answered every question and request I had. I've never felt more confident walking out of a salon. Most hairstylists I've gone to have tried to style my natural texture, but I'd often leave the salon with a frizzy-sticky mess of hair full of product and so I'd immediately wash it all out when I got home. This time, I'm dreading the day I have to wash away her work. April has magical hands and an intuitive mind for aesthetics. Will definitely be coming back next time I need a cut!
