So, I read several reviews before choosing this place. Although it was a bit more expensive than some nearby options, I picked it because of the convenient location. Since it was a solo date, I decided to go with the flow. Initially, I was very impressed with the service. It was my first visit, and I was dining alone. The staff answered my questions thoughtfully and recommended some great options to get started. However, while I was still eating and enjoying my meal, I was asked to move to a different seat because other guests were waiting. I understood the situation and cooperated. The staff even offered me a complimentary beer, which I appreciated. Despite that gesture, the experience left a sour impression. I had tipped well and enjoyed the food, but being asked to move in the middle of my meal felt uncomfortable. In my view, seating arrangements should have been managed more carefully from the beginning. Overall, the food and service were good, but I would not return, nor would I recommend it for solo diners. If you're visiting with a group of two or more, your experience may be different. And I ask the restaurant staff owner management to be a bit more respectful and attentive on this issue. Cheers

We ordered a few dishes here — beef tongue, beef brisket, kimchi fried rice, and wings — and everything was honestly amazing. The beef tongue was perfectly tender and well seasoned, with great texture and depth of flavor. The beef brisket was rich, juicy, and full of that slow-cooked, savory goodness you really hope for. The kimchi fried rice was bold and flavorful with a nice kick, and the wings, even as a separate dish, were a standout — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and super satisfying. Overall, it was a hearty, flavor-packed meal where every dish delivered. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving big flavors and well-done comfort food.

The best meal I’ve had in the U.S. so far. Authentic, well-balanced flavors and excellent meat quality. Everything tasted fresh and carefully prepared. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Came here with the family to celebrate my birthday . I wanted to Korean bbq but didn’t want to go to k-town. I will give my review based on the following… 4 for service and an atmosphere… 1 for side dishes.. it was so few and not so good! We ordered the combo . Was told it is enough to feed 4-5 .. perhaps people on diet…. Quality of meat was ok … based on value… 3…. Typical Pasadena vibe… we were the only Asian.. the combo side dishes were very very skimpy… that small amount of corn with cheese is about the typical serving on a one person plate - ditto for the salad.. when corn and Lettuce is so cheap in price.. that was totally a turn off… will not be back!!!

Bomb KBBQ. Great ambiance. Seriously the nicest staff ever. So welcoming, warm, and funny too! Makes the place feel super homey.
