My husband wanted some good barbecue so we drove to Pasadena. Location is great ,parking is secure and not expensive. The restaurant was not full for a Sunday night football. We decided to order a bit of everything and it was delicious. The waitress was professional and friendly. Our lemonade and ice tea was watery. The food arrived and it was delicious. If I could just make a suggestion, Location needs more decorative stuff that applies to your restaurant type. Also make it more vivid. Keep the doors close at all time so the guess won't feel cold breeze, it keeps also food from getting cold. Overall I give this place a 8.

Lots of options for food on the menu. Great place for groups. Went on a Friday night and heard a mariachi band as we ate. The brisket sandwich was really good brisket and next time would just do the meat. Good sweet potato fries and big portion. The quesadilla and guacamole were really good. Wings and chicken sandwich were the standard. Service was friendly and we were greeted and seated right when we walked in.

Great venue for the Mother's Day celebration. Food was yummy and the staff was very attentive. I'll be back for sure.

Located in Old Pasadena, this lively venue seamlessly pairs slow-smoked Southern BBQ favorites with vibrant "Cali-Mex" flavors. Between the tender, flavorful beef brisket and their creative BBQ quesadillas, the kitchen consistently turns out impressive comfort food. The fun, intimate atmosphere—frequently complete with live tribute dinner shows and musical performances—makes every visit a blast. I can't wait to visit again.

We visited on Valentine’s Day, hoping for a special and memorable evening. The live band created a fun, lively atmosphere, and we were excited to celebrate there. Unfortunately, we were surprised by a few unexpected charges. We later realized we were billed for hot water, which was never mentioned by our server. In all our dining experiences, we’ve never been charged for hot water before, so this was confusing. Additionally, an automatic 18% gratuity was added to the bill without any prior notice. While we understand that some restaurants add gratuity on holidays, clearer communication would have made a big difference. We went in feeling happy and excited, but left feeling a bit disappointed. Transparency about charges would really improve the overall experience.
