I'm very impressed with Los Feliz Roofing Pros. They re-roofed our home and did an excellent job. The work was finished fast, in a professional way, and the crew left the property clean with no mess. Later, during a stretch of heavy rain, I noticed a small line of water coming down the outside of one window. After another repair did not fix it, I reached out about the issue and expected a charge for the service. Dean reviewed the problem, found a smart solution that included removing some gutter screens I had added, and the crew came out to make the needed roofing and gutter adjustments. They also replaced a cracked roof vent. Everything was handled quickly, clearly, and at no extra cost. It was a very positive experience, and I really appreciate the honest service, strong roof knowledge, and attention to detail.
