i had a wonderful experience with this roofing company. after some shingles blew off my roof, rain started leaking into my bathroom ceiling and fireplace. i called and they quickly sent someone out to check. trenton, who came to look at the roof, was very polite and explained everything to me in simple terms. he made sure all my questions were answered and that i felt comfortable with the plan. before the repairs started, he covered the damaged spots so no more rain would get in. the crew came out to fix my roof, but some rain delayed the repairs. as soon as the weather cleared, they returned and finished everything quickly. hunter, who did the repairs, was friendly and made sure to clean up all the mess before leaving. from the office staff to the team working on my roof, everyone was helpful and kept me updated the whole time. overall, it was a smooth process and i'm really happy with my new roof. great job!
