I recently had the pleasure of working with CertaPro Painters of Pasadena, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They painted my living room, three bedrooms, and all of the entranceways in my home, and the results came out even better than I expected. From the very beginning, their team was professional, communicative, and extremely detail oriented. They took the time to prep everything properly, protect the furniture and floors, and make sure every line and finish looked clean and polished. You can tell they truly take pride in their work. One thing I really appreciated was their help with color suggestions. They gave thoughtful recommendations that matched the lighting and style of the house perfectly, and it honestly made a huge difference in the final look. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole decision process much easier. What impressed me most was how organized and efficient they were. The crew stayed on schedule, kept everything clean throughout the project, and even finished ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. Everyone on the team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. We had Certa Pro repaint the interior and exterior of our house and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Liz was our point of contact and Alejandro and Jesus our painters, and all three were just outstanding. They were very accommodating to our changes and made sure we got exactly what we asked for. We had a great experience with Certa Pro Painters of Pasadena. Our house is 90 years old and with the refreshed paint, it looks almost new. Liz and her team were great to work with. Professional, great team. Here are some pictures. We highly recommend them.

Certa-Pro did a fantastic job with a difficult task at my house. The paint in my office was peeling on two different layers of old paint! Liz was great at communicating my options for fixing it -- in the end they sanded the old paint off and redid the whole thing with thick primer and four coats of fresh paint. We also took care of three other walls elsewhere in the house. The painters, Hong and Marco, were quick and did excellent work, and they took great care of my home. I'll definitely use CP again.

Coordination and communication ahead of the job was good. The actual painted surfaces look good. Price was in range of other quotes. But it seemed like they weren’t as careful with the actual covering and painting as I expected. There were a surprising amount of paint splatters on things after painting was complete. It seemed like many things were not covered. There was paint on furniture (dresser), hardwood floor, carpet, duvets, and other personal items that should have been covered like a backpack and a computer. Much more careless about this than I expected from professionals.
