We are SO grateful we stumbled into Julie’s U-Haul location! She helped us smoothly transition the move of our personal items from her Pasadena location using a U-Box to arranging a pick-up to be shipped to our new home base in Cork, Ireland! We had no idea we could accomplish emptying our storage unit nearby and filling the U-Box in one day, while also taking inventory for customs and wrapping everything! Julie made it all possible! She sells the moving supplies, and she is super kind, professional, and resourceful.

I want to thank Julie South and her team at U-Haul on 3559 E Colorado Blvd. They’ve done an excellent job. The storage facility is easy to access, with plenty of parking. I rented a non-climate-controlled unit for nearly two years while traveling the world, and everything remained in perfect condition. The place is spotless, secure, and well-maintained. One day, I forgot to close my locker, and they contacted me immediately — a clear sign that they regularly check the premises in addition to having cameras. Julie and her staff are incredibly helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. On top of that, their pricing is the most competitive I found. Highly recommend.

This place can get really busy. Bad bottleneck when there are more than 2 vehicles loading or unloading. But they have an elevator!

It was easy and quick to set up and billing was simple, straightforward and fairly priced. Access to your unit is easy but also very secure. When I accidentally left my unit unlocked they called to tell me in a timely manner. The staff is decently friendly but the management doesn't return calls or answer the phone. They do not pro-rate the month when you move out. You have to pay for access to a trash bin and parking is less than satisfactory!
