O Lthey charge walk in residential customers high prices. 2 to 3 times the price of hardware store selling similar name brand items. the same for their Altadena location. JHM is way better

Robin SchlingerNot long after a big lightning storm the Rain Dial-controlled drip line in our backyard stopped working. We thought the line’s solenoid might be shot, but took some photos and went here for help. Hector and Joe spent over 15 minutes advising on our Rainbird valve setup, why a bad timer or bad solenoid could be the problem, and what we might do to diagnose, even giving us names of local persons with experience in case we decided not to mess further with this problem. We weren’t just sold some part that couldn’t (or wouldn’t) be a fix. In my opinion this is SUPER SERVICE!
