Our furnace went out during a cold snap. Pioneer was able to come out the next morning to troubleshoot and identified the root cause (what I suspected was shoddy duct work). They were able to come out the next day and do a complete overhaul of our ductwork and finally properly mount our furnace (correcting work by the previous homeowners). Everyone was nice, respectful, and efficient! Highly recommend using them for HVAC work!

I’ve been a customer for years because the customer service is top notch. I discovered my AC had broken (on a hot day, of course), and they sent someone out within the hour. Tomer was terrific - super helpful and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. One thing I appreciate about Pioneer is that their technicians explain the issue so you understand what went wrong, and - if relevant - how to prevent it in the future. They’re not inexpensive, but worth it.

My elderly father’s air went out yesterday during a heat wave in Altadena. Our previous HVAC guy retired and I had to find a new HVAC COMPANY fast. I started looking at reviews and after a couple of calls found Pioneer Heating. I felt most comfortable with the service I received by the intake person. I called at 4pm on Wed and they came as promised Thursday morning. Within an hour they had repaired. They also had a great notification system texting us letting us know they were on their way. Highly recommend. .

Our AC units needled motors replaced and refrigerant added. Tomer did a great job and also offered boosters for a reasonable price. The work was done professionally and we feel we got value for our money.
