Bryant is a brilliant choice for your heating and cooling needs, and I'll tell you why. Our 22-year-old HVAC system died suddenly, and we had to figure out what to do. The owner, Matt, did a great job of explaining how the technology has changed since our system was installed, and gave us three different pathways to consider--all with our budget constraints in mind. We also interviewed other vendors to make sure we were getting the best price, a quality install, and that the system which was recommended for us was truly house-appropriate and would not need expensive maintenance. It turns out that Matt was indeed giving us the best price, and everything else checked out as well. The company proved to be fair, honest, punctual, and great at responding to a very minor post-install issue. Watching the crew work was one of my favorite parts. It's clear they really love their work, they take pride in how it turns out, and they exhibited beautiful coordination in terms of how the three men worked together and supported each other. We love our new Carrier heat pump system for heating and cooling our house! Another bonus that I wanted to share is that the install came with a 2-year labor warranty and it may be possible to finance your system so you don't have to pay for it all at once. (Sometimes the system manufacturer, Carrier, has promotions). The last thing I want to share is that my new installed system required an inspection, and the job that was done really impressed the inspector. He told us that he travels all over Southern California checking systems from a variety of providers, and anytime he sees a Bryant install on his job sheet, he knows that it's going to pass. He's never once had a Bryant install fail inspection.

I’ve been using Bryant Heating & Air for over 10 years now, and I figured it’s finally time to leave a review. One of the best decisions I made was having them replace my HVAC system and then signing up for their annual maintenance plan. Thanks to their regular checkups and attention to detail, I haven’t had any issues with my system and it just keeps running smoothly year after year. Scheduling appointments is always easy thanks to Marjorie and Kisa. They’re friendly, helpful, and quick to get back to me whenever I call. The technicians are great too—knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and answer any questions I have. I especially want to give a shoutout to Paul, who has serviced my system several times over the years. He always does a fantastic job and makes sure everything is running perfectly before he heads out. It’s not easy to find a company that’s this reliable and consistent year after year. I talked to several AC companies before I decided to use Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning! In comparisons, Bryant offers 1) professional and outstanding services (details in every element): 2) more than reasonable cost ( >30% less than others ) and 3) guarantees! Specifically, Bryant installed three brand new (so beautiful!) Carrier central air compressor units and copper coils into my 5000 sq.ft house. We will have a pleasant upcoming summer for sure! My family has been using Bryant for years, decades even. Paul always comes out because he's got the extended ladder. He's been a pleasure to work with, easy to talk to, efficient and very knowledgeable. He even came with homemade dog treats. He quickly did the routine maintenance check and replaced the old compressor within a hour. He tested and showed me how our old compressor wasn't pulling enough wattage to warrant the replacement.

We had Matt come out to consult on heating options as our 90 year old floor furnace had failed beyond repair. Matt recommended a mini-split heat pump as the best option for our needs. We scheduled the install for the following week. Matt's crew was amazing, being professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were able to configure an even nicer install than what we had discussed with Matt. The coordinated seamlessly with the electrical contractor and the install was completed in 2 days. We are very satisfied with the unit as it heats and cools very well, and highly recommend Bryant for your HVAC needs. Matt's crew is simply fantastic! The only reason for 4 stars is that while we had the unit installed in early December, the "paperwork" side of things was not completed until February when the electrical and mechanical inspections were scheduled and completed. Not a dealbreaker as we have been enjoying the mini-split since December.
