We want to convert a portion of our garage to a room and a bathroom. We had 6 or 7 contractors come to give us an estimate. They wanted $30 to $70 thousand and 3 to 6 months to do the job. Jose came, look at the space and said that he could finish the conversion in 3 to 4 weeks and it would cost around $30 k. He purposed that we would pay for material and labor separately, which was good as we knew exactly what type of material was being used. Along the way, we added replacing the sewer line, fixing the decking, replacing the gas line, and cutting the roots of an old tree. Jose and his crew did everything without any problem. Ultimately the project took 5 weeks (because of all the additions). They worked everyday (except for Sundays), and not even once I had to call or text to see where they were or what was happening. They did everything just perfectly and according to codes. Through the years, I dealt with a number of contractors and I must say Jose and Bernard are exceptional and they made this a very positive experience!
