Great touchless wash, but really wish they had a family/shared pass and better vacuums! I'm a loyal customer at this Pasadena location and currently have an Unlimited Membership for my commercial Chevrolet Suburban. The touchless wash here is top-notch—it cleans extremely well and never scratches the paint. The only downside is the membership system. I also own a personal BMW X5 and wanted to add it to my account, but their system doesn't support multiple vehicles or any shared plans. Right across the street, Fast5Xpress offers a "Shared Pass" that allows multiple cars to share 4 washes a month. I love Spot Free's quality so much more, but without a similar flexible plan, I might unfortunately have to cancel and switch to the competitor just to keep both cars clean affordably. Also, as a side note, their vacuum station really needs improvement. The suction power is way too weak to properly clean the carpets, and the setup/layout of the vacuum hoses is very poorly designed and awkward to use. I really hope management considers adding a multi-car pass and upgrading the vacuum station soon!

I initially got a free car wash and then purchased a pack of 10 basic washes. After 1.5 years, I finally finished the 10 washes and here's my review: 1) I love the way this washes the car - it's fun and it does a good job getting around the whole car which I feel like a lot of brush-car washes always miss the same parts. The tunnel is fun and there is a gracious amt of time to drive thru the dryer with a countdown timer. 2) The car washes each take like 5-8 min so if you even see even 3-4 cars, you are totally screwed waiting for 20-30 min, easily. Don't even bother if the line is longer. I even try to go at like 9:15am and it's already a 20 min wait, sorry but no automated car wash is worth this wait. 3) the vacuums afterward have the weakest suction I've ever seen. It basically gets nothing out. 4) I've had a few issues with the machine to scan my QR code and I contacted customer service once. While it wasn't my favorite experience, they remedied the issue. Now I'm done with my 10 pack and I am definitely never going back. It's close to my home and the package is well priced, but at the cost of my *time* and my interior will never be clean with those weak vacuums.

If I could put a 0 for a review I would. The car wash itself is fine. But the monthly membership is a blatant SCAM! DO NOT GET IT … I waiting 2x over 30 min to go through the car wash only for both times it to not work. The first time I went ahead and just bought a car wash for 17$ on top of spending 39$ for the membership which equates to almost 60$ for a single car wash. So, as a normal person would do. The second time I don’t purchase a car wash because I’m paying for the membership. I called the helpdesk number listed in the email (844) 874-WASH … in which a KATHY FLORES answers the phone. I explain the situation and simply request for a refund for my 39$ monthly membership which she refused and then proceeds to ask me for my receipt for the 17$ car wash I purchased. Thing is. The machine doesn’t dispense any receipt. stating she needs one so she can issue a refund. Which is ironic since apparently, as quoted from her “we don’t issue refunds”. I also ask her multiple times if I could just speak to her manager, because I understand she can’t help me with this issue, understandibly, given that she is in a call center and can’t goto said car wash and fix the camera. After almost 3x of asking if I could speak to a manager, she said she will escalate it to a manager. Great. That’s what I’ve been asking, but then. To my surprise she hangs up on me. Okay, maybe she transferred to call wrong. So I call back only for the phone to ring for almost 30 seconds then get sent to her voice mail. So I call again, this time not even a single ring and sent to voice mail. A third time… voice mail… right -.- So if you have any issues with your car wash don’t expect to get a single penny back. Dispute the charge. Pay the individual one if even that. For me, I won’t be going here. That was a blatant waste of my time. Both for waiting 30 min to not even receive a wash and for dealing with an incompetent customer service rep.

There’s definitely mixed reviews for this Spot Free Car Wash locations. I personally like this car wash. Some have mentioned the sharp turn which is accurate given that I have a Tacoma but it is what it is. I’ve seen people have trouble with the card reader which prolongs the wait time in line and I must say, when it’s busy you’d have to wait at least more than 30-45 mins and this is for all locations but obviously planning accordingly and coming early is an option too to beat the lines. The touchless wash machine is pretty cool and impressive too, other car washes I’ve been to have scratched my paint before. The only con I’d mention is I wish there was more vacuum stations but other than that, got a membership and I’m pleased to know that I can get unlimited car washes for my truck!
