I’ve been coming here for a few months now and while I’ve had an okay experience, today was a bit disappointing. I paid for the platinum wash which is basically their most expensive option and was disappointed with the results. It’s as if they didn’t even try to vacuum on the inside. The front stains on the outside aren’t scratches but bugs and they’re still very visible. I’d be ok if this was a basic or even gold wash but not with the platinum

I have been coming to Pasadena Car Wash since 2019 and never had any problems until my last visit. After the wash, I discovered that the trim on my car was badly scratched. I spoke with the manager, who offered to have it painted, but I was not comfortable with that solution. I have always trusted this place with my cars, so this was very disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think I will be returning.

I've been bringing my car to Pasadena Auto Wash for about ten years, which should tell you that I was happy with their service in the past. For the most part, I was satisfied with the quality of their work. However, in my most recent visits, I've noticed a decline in attention to detail. Each time, I’ve had to go over the car myself to wipe up spots they missed. When I get home, I notice areas that weren’t vacuumed or interior surfaces that weren’t properly wiped down. I understand that no one will clean your car as thoroughly as you would yourself, but for $51 for the "Platinum" wash—plus a $10 tip—I expect a near-perfect job. Unfortunately, Pasadena Auto Wash falls short. That being said, the facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience while you wait. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, great customer service should extend to the quality of the car wash itself, and lately, the results just haven't been up to par. It’s no longer a good value if I have to finish the job myself, especially when I find bird droppings still on the exterior or interior areas left uncleaned. What’s more frustrating is that this happened on a slow day—Thursday at 11 a.m.—so it’s not as if they were overwhelmed with customers. Sadly, it seems they prioritize speed over quality and customer satisfaction. While I’ve enjoyed coming here for years, I’ll be looking for a car wash that takes more pride in its work. If you're considering Pasadena Auto Wash, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I wouldn’t go back. They over tightened both the drain plug and the oil filter housing on my car when doing the oil change. I usually do all my own oil changes, this time I needed to get done quick so I stopped in here. The oil service was fine. But when I went to do the next oil change the drain plug nearly needed a breaker bar and I broke 2 Toyota oil filter sockets in the process of getting that off. Seems like whoever did the service used an impact gun to install the drain plug and filter housing. Luckily nothing broke and I was finally able to get the cap off with a heavy duty socket, but it could have been a major issue.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I explicitly told the staff my car needed a thorough clean, so they recommended and charged me $70 for their most expensive wash package. When they handed the car back, it looked like it had just gone through a basic $15 drive-thru express wash. I pointed out the remaining dirt to the workers. They tried to wipe it down and help, but honestly, they still did a terrible job. It was so bad that I had to leave, drive straight to AutoZone, spend extra money out of my own pocket on exterior and interior wipes, and spend another 20 minutes cleaning the car myself. If I pay $70 for a top-tier wash, I shouldn't have to finish the job in an AutoZone parking lot. This was a complete waste of my money and time. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.
