Danbi Coffee is easily one of the best cafés I've visited in Pasadena. As a matcha lover, I was impressed by the quality and flavor of their matcha drinks—smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Their dessert selection is just as impressive. The mango mousse and raspberry mousse were light, fresh, and full of flavor. One standout was their Ferrero-inspired chocolate dessert, which featured a rich hazelnut mousse filling and was beautifully presented. The freshly baked croissants were warm, flaky, buttery, and definitely worth trying. The café is clean, welcoming, and offers a great variety of coffee, matcha, pastries, and desserts. Staff is very friendly and helpful and are on top of everything.They get the orders out , really quick. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Pasadena.

If you’re in Pasadena, this café is absolutely worth a stop. The coffee had an incredible aroma and tasted genuinely exceptional. The tomato basil pastry was savory, flaky, and full of flavor, and the small mango and strawberry cake I had afterward was surprisingly amazing. Everything felt fresh and carefully made — not just the coffee, but the pastries and desserts too. A perfect spot if you appreciate quality flavors and a cozy café experience.

I love this new Korean cafe in Pasadena. Their matcha is soo good and creamy! The pastries are delicious as well! They have a lot of options to choose from coffee,non caffeinated drinks , tea, pastries. And fruits desserts I’m definitely going to try their cute fruit desserts when I come back. Service is amazing, my drinks and pastries came out really fast and everyone was friendly. Ambiance is cute, and plenty of seating. They also sell some merch like shirts, coffee, tea and cups. I got some of their coffee, cups and shirts. I will definitely comeback. What I got: Matcha Rain Pistachio Croissant Orange Grapefruit Black Tea Tomato Basil Pesto Danish

Stopped by on a Saturday morning and the place was pretty busy, which is always a good sign. Luckily, seating is pretty abundant so it didn’t feel too cramped even with the crowd. There’s also parking in the back which made getting in and out pretty easy. Tried a few drinks while I was there: Banana Cream Latte – Loved the nutty, sweet combo here. It wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated. The banana flavor was definitely more prominent while the coffee notes stayed a bit more in the background. Coffee Rain – The coffee flavor was a lot stronger in this one. The slight sweetness helped bring everything together and balance the drink nicely. Matcha Latte – I don’t drink matcha very often so I don’t have too much to compare it to, but it was smooth and easy to drink. They also carry pastries and desserts from a local bakery, which is a nice touch if you’re looking for something small to go with your drink. Overall a solid coffee spot, especially if you’re meeting friends or looking for a place to hang out for a bit.

Danbi has quickly become one of my go-to coffee spots in Pasadena. The coffee is consistently good, and most of the drinks I’ve tried have been solid. The only one that didn’t work for me was the green matcha banana drink—the banana flavor overpowers everything, and you can barely taste the matcha. Service could use some improvement. The staff isn’t always very welcoming, and drinks can take a while. Because of that, I usually order takeout instead. Overall, it’s a good spot with quality coffee, just expect a bit of a wait and a more low-key service experience.
