He thoroughly explained all of the issues he found and made thoughtful recommendations based on my car’s age and needs. I was also very impressed by the detailed written reports, complete with photos of the recommended repairs and maintenance items. My family and I have taken our cars to several repair shops in Pasadena over the years, and Pasadena Motor Cars is by far the best. Their pricing is honest, their communication is outstanding, and the quality of service is exceptional. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be returning.

My family has been going to Pasadena Motor Cars for years. They are phenomenal auto service. I would go nowhere else. Aaron Is typically the one I deal with. He is professional, fair, It goes out of his way to make sure The customer is satisfied. I had an issue with my passenger auto mirror being smashed. When they ordered the part, the dealer failed to deliver it. Aaron personally sent somebody to pick it up and got my car up and running within a Day. The mirror was replaced with no labor charge just a charge of the part. They also always wash your car before returning it. This is a place to go if your car needs repairs. Avoid the dealers.
