They thoroughly checked out the van and diagnosed the problem as it turned out only the Honda dealership could fix this problem, but I was impressed that they were able to pinpoint it and they didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee, which they had a right to but they were very kind and told me what the problem was and took care of me. Good shop to go to.

On a long road trip to drop my son off at college our air conditioning started malfunctioning. We pulled in very close to closing time and Allen expertly diagnosed a broken radiator cap/valve causing low coolant. They put water in our radiator and Edwin found and gave us a replacement cap that worked. Allen gave us advice of how to proceed to ensure the fix worked. We were very grateful that Allen and Edwin helped us, even though they were closing soon. They didn’t even charge us, which I personally appreciated! So far, the fix worked!
