I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the team at Caliber Collision regarding the repair of my 2010 Honda Odyssey. While there was an issue with the rear bumper mounting after pickup, the General Manager at Caliber Collision Pasadena (Colorado Blvd) personally called me, listened carefully to my concerns, and ensured that the vehicle would be brought back in and properly completed. I especially appreciated that the matter was taken seriously and handled with care and customer attention. The paint and cosmetic work on the bumper itself looked very good, and especially the mounting of the bumper subsequently done and fixing was excellent. I value the willingness of management to stand behind the repair and make things right. That level of customer service and accountability is important and appreciated.

Caliper collision was 10/10 on communication, professionalism, and outstanding service! I had never been through the process of getting my car repaired with them via a Geico claim, and they walked me through all the steps and answered all of my questions. They liaised with enterprise to ensure I had a rental why my car was being repaired, and they sent me frequent updates along to way to ensure I was aware of their progress and the potential date for which my car would be finished. I DROPPED MY JAW when I saw my repaired car, for it looked BRAND NEW and better than when I brought it to them. They also provided a complementary interior and exterior clean free of charge. I could not recommend them more!

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at caliber. Very professional and communicative. My car was in involved in an accident one and a half weeks before needing to drive it for a cross country move. The staff helping us were careful to inform us that they could not guarantee repairs would be done in time but they would do all they could to help us. Well THEY DELIVERED!!!! Nahum will definitely provide you with great service and their team is great at what they do. I was rear ended while at a complete stop by a car going at least 40mph and the car looks brand new. Their lifetime warranty is icing on the cake. There’s an enterprise car rental near by with pickup service but they plan on bringing one on site soon. Looking to bring back the Jeep for some upgrades because the work and price is just and well worth it. Happy Munchies, @aVeganAndHer
